1. Delivery:
Delivery will be made by Australia Post, goods will normally be delivered to you within 14-21 days of your order.
Please note that if you are requiring delivery of goods to an address outside Australia you will be responsible for any duties or taxes levied in that country.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only, and although bucketothought.com makes every effort to dispatch on time, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
2. Settlement:
All Bucketothought.com prices are in Australian Dollars (AUS). The cost of delivery will be added to your goods using the Gate 13-Australia Post shipping calculator, the amount will be clearly shown before you make payment. Your credit card will be debited in AUS Dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card and use PayPal facilities.
Bucketothought.com retains the right to modify the prices from time to time.
3. Product Specification:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
4. Returns:
We do not accept returns on Toys, Posters, Art or other fragile items. All Bucket 'o' Thought goods are inspected and approved before sale, the goods packed in perfect condition and if items are found damaged on arrival, a dispute with Australia Post shall be taken forth. If you find your product is damaged, please contact us immediately with full details at info@bucketothought.com.
5. Credit card safety:
Bucketothought.com intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Payments are made using ANZ online merchant facilities to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organisation.
6. Intellectual Property
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights remain with Bucket 'o' Thought (or other Artist if stated) even after you buy the Original work. Purchase of any art work from Bucketothought.com does not grant you any right other than that of ownership of the product.
